Book Review: Changeable

Changeable is a great resource for anyone, but especially for educators and adults who support children through challenging times. This book introduces you to the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) approach and really breaks down the strategies into actionable steps and provides detailed scenarios that are easily relatable. The CPS approach focuses on strengthening relationships and building your skills in empathy, active listening and being mindful of perspectives from both sides as you navigate conflict. The book is easy to read and takes you through lots of examples that help you to understand the process and is a great reflective tool on how we handle our interpersonal interactions.
